Policies

Deposits are non refundable unless appointment is canceled by the stylist. Clients may reschedule appointments up to 72 hours before the scheduled appointment time without cancellation fee. Cancellation fees are applied after the allotted time given to reschedule or cancel an appointment has passed. Full payment of service will be charged for no show.

No extra guests are allowed at the salon suite due to limited space and privacy. Extra guests are subjected to refusal of entry.
